The collaborating parties all have significant roles in strategic or planning, management or regulation of some or all land or land uses in the Dai An Industrial Zone portion of the Lai Cach Town, Cam Giang District, Hai Duong Province. The collaborating parties have all been represented and have actively participated in the Development, Build, Operate and Transfer of the Vietnam Canada International Hospital.
